KMC is retained by Goodman to provide transport advice for a number of their sites, including the London Brentwood Commercial Park in Brentwood. Fronting the junction of the A128/A127 dual carriageway at East Horndon, the 21-acre site can deliver up to 400,000 sqft of employment space.

KMC has provided transport input to a series of applications for the London Brentwood Commercial Park, which has included the preparation of Transport Statements, a Delivery and Servicing Plan, a Travel Plan, input to BREAM assessments and the stopping up of a public footpath.
