KMC is acting as transport advisor to Cambridge Investment Partnership for the regeneration of a significant sized neighbourhood close to Cambridge Airport. Proposals include plans for a new community centre, new library and pre-school facilities, new accessible public open spaces, new commercial premises, plus new high quality sustainable and affordable housing. The proposals will knit into the improvements proposed to the Newmarket Road / Barnwell Road as part of the Greater Cambridge Partnership Eastern Access Project.
