KMC provided transport advice for the planning application for a new £13 million care home on one of the last remaining plots of the former Imperial Park Tobacco Factory in Bristol. KMC provided input to the design of the development, prepared a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan as well as input to the BREEAM Assessment for the development.

KMC staff previously provided transport input on behalf of Hammerson for the wider Imperial Park site, which was granted planning permission in 2017 for a mixed-use development to include a supermarket, non-food retail, restaurant, cafes and a gym.
