KMC is acting, in partnership with Stantec, as strategic transport advisor to Marshalls for the redevelopment of Cambridge Airport. The site is planned to become an exciting new urban quarter for the city of Cambridge with the development of around 10,000 homes and potentially 18 million sqft of commercial floorspace. The scale of the proposal requires co-ordination and collaboration with many public bodies to bring about transformational investment in transport infrastructure for the east side of Cambridge.
