KMC is acting as transport planning and sustainable infrastructure provider to 2020 Developments for the redevelopment and regeneration of a complex brownfield site in central Luton. The site will become home to a new 25,000 capacity stadium for Luton Town Football Club, 1,000 residential units, a music venue and additional commercial uses set within a high-quality public realm. The proposals include the redesign of St Mary’s Road as part of the revisioning of the town centre.
