KMC have supported the University of Cambridge as part of their future phase masterplan for Eddington in north west Cambridge. Phase 1 of Eddington is heralded as an exemplar of UK urbanism, sustainability incorporating vision led transport planning. The future phases of Eddington seeks to build on the first phase but with increased density which will be see over 5,000 homes delivered across the full masterplan.
