Stuart joined KMC having previously worked at TfL, TPA and Vectos. He has worked on a variety of development projects across the country, covering retail, employment and residential schemes. His expertise spans all stages of the planning process including site appraisals, working with teams in preparation for planning applications and negotiating with authorities as part of post-submission considerations.
Stuart has worked on schemes ranging from small residential schemes right through to schemes such as Dunton Hills Garden Village, the Wellcome Genome Campus and presenting Trinity College in respect of Cambridge Science Park.
Away from KMC, ferrying his daughters to various activities is a usual past time alongside dog walks, cycling wherever time allows and playing football.
