Othelia Agar Stallbom
Principal Highway Engineer
Othelia joined KMC as a Principal Highways Engineer in 2024, marking the start of KMC’s highway design offering. She has worked in Engineering for over 20 years, specialising in detailed highway design and applications, often managing these independently, with sound Client and Council relations. Previous employers include AECOM, Wormald Burrows Partnership and Rappor.
Othelia works on a wide variety of projects supporting the Transport Planning Team as part of the Sustainable Infrastructure Team, designing and managing S278 applications from small scale to large scale residential, commercial, industrial and educational developments, as well as developing high value sustainable infrastructure concept designs.
Most of Othelia’s spare time is taken up playing tennis. She also swims and does yoga regularly and takes part in other sports when the opportunity arises. She enjoys being part of her local Christian Community, loves losing herself in a good sci-fi novel, and likes to go wild at the odd metal gig.
