Maya Hodgson

Maya is a Graduate Transport Planner in our Cambridge office. She has recently finished an MPhil in Environmental Policy at the University of Cambridge after completing an undergraduate degree in Geography at the University of Cambridge in 2023.

Maya has experience working on a variety of projects, ranging from residential and commercial development planning to strategic Business Cases. She particularly enjoys strategic projects which combine data analysis and GIS with clear, impactful report writing.

Outside of the office, Maya spends most of her time running, with her proudest achievement being beating colleague Jack Smith in the 2025 Cambridge Half Marathon, where she finished in a time of 1 hour 30 minutes. She also captains the KMC Netball Team and enjoys travelling, spending time with friends and eating plenty of ice cream at Jack’s Gelato.
