Matthew Ingrey
Director
Matthew is a Director at KMC with over 25 years of experience in the transport sector, specialising in the preparation and management of Transport Assessments and Travel Plans for a variety of developments. He studied at University College London and Imperial College London, and is a Member of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation.
He works closely with clients on the preparation of transport and accessibility advice for development proposals, including transport reports to accompany planning applications, proofs of evidence for local development plan inquiries, and Masterplanning. His work involves discussions with local highway authorities on the type and scale of transport improvements to mitigate development impacts.
Outside of work, he enjoys football, reading, travelling and the odd spot of gardening.
