Leila Farhan
Director
Leila is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 20 years’ experience in infrastructure planning, design, and delivery across both public and private sectors. She has led major projects involving highways, flood risk management and sustainable drainage, working with organisations such as the Environment Agency, Countryside and Stantec.
Leila currently heads the Sustainable Infrastructure team at KMC, where she drives innovative engineering solutions for developments of all scales, from site access designs to infrastructure for major new developments around the country. She combines technical expertise with a passion for creating resilient, people-focused places.
Leila balances her professional life with raising three children and volunteering in her local community. She loves nothing more than travelling around the UK, and further afield, with her family, and in her spare time she can be found practicing yoga, gardening, or reading a good book!
