Josh Grantham

Josh is an experienced engineer and transport specialist with expertise in sustainable infrastructure, place-making and strategic planning. He holds an MPhil in Engineering for Sustainable Development from the University of Cambridge and has delivered projects and policies that integrate active travel, public transport and urban design to support thriving, sustainable communities.
His career spans consultancy, policy and advocacy, combining technical delivery with strategic leadership. He has led multi-disciplinary teams, authored county-wide design policy and shaped transport masterplans for major growth sites. Josh also brings a strong understanding of government funding and appraisal processes, together with a proven ability to work collaboratively with local authorities, developers, national government and community groups.
