Joseph Hough

Having previously worked for Connect Consultants, Mott MacDonald, Suffolk County Council and Essex County Council, Joseph has experience in a range of schemes and policy development including Suffolk County Council Local Transport Plan, Local Plans, and reviewing Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs), as well as numerous retail and residential schemes.

For a number of years Joseph has acted as the strategic transport advisor on nuclear, windfarm and solar NSIPs for highway authorities and has represented the Councils at examination.

In their spare time, Joseph enjoys reading, sports and games, and doing quizzes.
