Graham Hughes

Graham is a Chartered Transport Planner and Town planner and has spent most of my career working in Local Government within Cambridgeshire. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience of transport strategy and policy development, governance and how to successfully navigate the Local Government processes. 

During his time at Cambridgeshire, most recently as Executive Director, Place and Economy, he led on the development of the first and subsequent Local Transport Plans, delivered the Cambridgeshire Guided Busway and negotiated and established the Greater Cambridge City Deal and Combined Authority to name but a few key projects.

Outside of work, Graham enjoys running, time at the gym and travelling and runs the local Cub Scout group.
