Elliot is a Director of KMC Transport Planning Ltd and has over 25 years’ experience in development related transport planning. During this time, he has accrued significant experience in a wide range of transportation and multi-disciplinary development planning issues relevant to residential, commercial, education, mixed use planning applications and wider master planning. Elliot has provided transport planning and infrastructure advice to the Government’s Cambridge Delivery Group.
Elliot has expertise in the promotion and delivery of strategic scale and complex development sites where he has developed ambitious but credible transport strategies which support growth, but which also help to provide benefit to existing communities. He has direct experience of the successful implementation of Vison Led transport planning and Monitor and Manage which are transport planning approaches which seeks to address uncertainty and decouple strategic land from longer term infrastructure planning and delivery whilst at the same time achieving better transport related outcomes.
