David Smith

David is a Principal Transport Planner at KMC. He works a broad variety of development planning projects across different sectors, including residential, commercial, logistics and energy schemes. These can range from small scale projects through to large urban extensions. His expertise spans from site appraisals, providing planning application support and post-submission negotiations with the relevant authorities.

Outside of work, David enjoys running in his local countryside and can often be found tackling a seemingly never-ending list of DIY projects.
